Dana is making its world-class axles produced by its joint venture with DongFeng Motor Co. Ltd. – the largest producer of trucks and buses in China – available to the EMEAR (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia) market. The DongFeng Dana Axle Co. (DDAC) Ltd. truck and bus axles and related components can be ordered from the Dana Aftermaket Distibution Center of Györ, Hungary.

The traditional and electric axles have applications in commercial vehicles from many OEMs, such as Golden Dragon, Zhongton, Ankai and Hinger. The axles are made in China, branded with the DDAC logo, and are manufactured to Dana’s high specifications.

Dana is in the process of cataloging around 40 DDAC axle models, which are available as complete units and separate parts.
The joint venture between Dana and DongFeng Motors was established in 2005, and each party holds 50 percent equity. DDAC is the biggest commercial vehicle axle company in Asia with a broad range of more than 9,000 products for heavy-, mid- and light-duty vehicles.
